As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with the delivery tracking code.

All orders will be despatched within 3 working days during the peak season. Trunks may take up to 14 working days to be made and dispatched. Please also allow an extra 3 working days for all items that have been embossed or personalised. Please note that items that have been embossed cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please be aware that once your order has been submitted, you will be unable to cancel or make amendments to your order. Returns can, however, be processed – only on non-embossed items or items that have not been personalised. Refund terms and conditions apply, as stated here.
