Our Founder and CEO Julie Deane has been an ambassador of QEST for over a year now and so this new collection has particular significance to The Cambridge Satchel Company team. As the Queen turns 90 this month, it has been announced that she will become a Patron of QEST, a charity named after her mother, who also became patron when she was 90. Celebrate this monumental moment in British history with a 100% leather bag from our limited edition collection, crafted in our very own workshop here in the UK.

ABOUT QEST

SHOP THE COLLECTION

“We are committed to supporting and preserving British craftsmanship and manufacturing. Despite initial pressures to manufacture overseas, we continue to produce all of our bags in the UK from our workshop in Leicester. When I first started the factory, many of the workers were within five years of retirement so we have been working to reskill the population by taking on apprentices and encouraging people to embrace craftsmanship. QEST plays an important role in preserving important skills and we are honoured to be able to support them”.
