We are thrilled to be recruiting for a brand new store opening in central Brighton. We are looking for a new team of sales assistants with potential key holder opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about service and fashion, a fun individual, who will be an ambassador of the brand. You will be someone who delivers individually tailored and genuine customer service with confidence, we want our customers to feel that they are a guest in our “home” and create an amazing and unique customer experience. You will be a team player, able to adapt to one on one service and multi service, dependent on what is required, to achieve the goals and targets set both individually and as a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service in store, ensuring that this is consistently delivered to every customer
- Be an ambassador of the Brand
- Understand store targets and strive to exceed them
- Support management in the day-to-day running of the store
- Ensure high levels of security are maintained at all times
- Maintain high visual and housekeeping standards
- Maintain the reputation of the Cambridge Satchel brand at all times
- Keep a high level standard of personal presentation at all times
