The Cambridge Satchel Company is keen to play its part in keeping everyone as safe as possible. We have therefore closed our shops and take our business to online only until conditions surrounding COVID-19 change.
We are still taking your online orders, including orders with embossing.

Q. Can I place an order?
Yes! You can order online with global shipping.
Q. I’d like to place an order, could my delivery be delayed?
Our factory is now closed but our dispatch warehouse is running as usual. The dispatch team are following stringent hygiene and social distancing rules in line with the latest government advice for their own safety.
There are currently no issues or delays with our delivery providers, however current events mean that we cannot guarantee that we’ll meet the same fast delivery service as normal.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information which will provide updates on your order.
Q. I'm self-isolating. Can I still return my items?
Yes, we have extended our online returns policy from 28 days to 60 days. All purchases can also be returned to our shops until 14 days after our last shop opens.
Q. How will my return be handled?
In order to keep our warehouse team safe, parcels will be put into quarantine for 2 weeks before staff handle them. Please expect a delay in receiving your refunds or repairs.
Q. Can I still get my bag repaired?
Our products are made to last, however if you need a repair then all you have to do is reach out to our customer services team with your repair request. There will be a delay in dealing with your repair, as all parcels that come back to the warehouse team will be put into quarantine for 2 weeks in order to keep our team as safe as possible.

Q. What precautions are your teams taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Our warehouse team is taking every precaution necessary to ensure their safety and safety of others. Any staff with symptoms of COVID-19, or staff who live in a household with someone with symptoms, have been asked not to come into work.
Our eCommerce team and Customer Services team are working from home.
