Disappointment Experience - No Response from Customer Service
"Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience for me. I received my order on my May 28, 2026 and sent an email to their return department asking for a replacement because the leather on one edge of the handbag is wrinkled, bumpy, and not smooth. It is not the same as all other edges on this bag. Receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email on June 4, 2026. Still, I received no response, not even an acknowledgment that they are reviewing my request for a replacement item. This poor experience has made me feel they do not value customer service. I will have to think twice before ordering anything from Cambridge Satchel in the future."
