Love Hearts Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Cambridge Satchel and University Arms, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the competition.

  • Competition Period
    The competition will run from 5th February 2025 to 13th February 2025. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on 13th February 2025.

  • How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:

    • Tag a friend they would like to visit Cambridge with in the comment section of the competition post on Instagram.
    • Ensure both the participant and their tagged friend are following @university_arms and @cambridge_satchel on Instagram.

    Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • Prize
    The prize consists of:

    • A two-night stay at the University Arms Hotel in Cambridge, including breakfast and dinner for two people. Travel is not included.
    • Two Cambridge Satchel bags from the Love Hearts collaboration.

    No cash or alternative prizes will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable.

  • Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram on 14th February 2025. The winner’s name will also be announced on Cambridge Satchel’s social media channels.

  • Data Protection and Email Consent
    By entering the competition, participants agree to be contacted by Cambridge Satchel and University Arms Hotel. Cambridge Satchel will not share personal data with third parties except as necessary for the competition administration.

  • General Terms

    • Cambridge Satchel reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the competition rules or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
    • Cambridge Satchel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice, including if circumstances arise beyond its control.

  • Liability
    Cambridge Satchel will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the competition or the prize.

  • Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

  • Promoter
    The competition is promoted by Cambridge Satchel, 1A Avery Row, London W1K 4AJ.
